This policy explains what information the Luminosity Development website collects and what we do with it. The site is operated by Luminosity Development LLC.
This site only
Our products have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them: ByLine terms and Living Well terms. This page covers only this website, www.luminositydevelopment.com.
What we collect
Contact form. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter. The form also includes a hidden timestamp of when the page was loaded, which we use to filter out automated spam.
Technical information. Like any website, the servers that host this site receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser details. When you send the form, your IP address is used briefly to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. It isn’t saved with your message.
We don’t ask for any other personal information, and you don’t need an account.
How we use it
Your message is sent to us by email so we can read it and reply to you. We use your name and email only to respond to your message. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Contact form messages are delivered by email using Azure Communication Services, Microsoft’s email service, and arrive in our business inbox. The form doesn’t keep its own database of messages. Copies remain in our email until we delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts. The only script on the site is our own small script that sends the contact form.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@luminositydevelopment.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
